A beautiful French viola bow made by R. François Lotte, certified.
Roger François Lotte was one of the famous 20th century French bow makers.
He made bows for : George Deblaye, Dupuy, Léon Mougenot, E. Vatelot, Roger & Max Millant and Bernard Millant amongst others.
The bow is a beautiful example of his work, and it is stamped on the stick.
The round stick is made of fine pernambuco wood, strong with a good flexibility, balance
and it draws a beautiful sound.
This bow is in a good condition, ready to play with a new winding, leather grip, and hair.
