A beautiful French silver mounted violin bow made by Andre Vigneron - certified by J.F. Raffin in Paris.
WIth original brand stamp "A.Vigneron a Paris", made around 1905, this implies that the bow was made in collaboration father and son.
André Vigneron studied bow-making under his father, Joseph Arthur Vigneron (père).
Vigneron bows are highly regarded, and this one is a very nice one, that plays very easy and produces a big full violin tone.
The round stick is made from the finest red brown pernambuco wood, and the elegant shaped head shows a great level of refinement, lightness, and precision.
