A fine French certified violin bow by Ouchard Emile François.
This beautiful violin is made by one of the great French bow makers Ouchard Emile François, and is certified by J.F. Raffin in Paris.
This French master bow is made in a very beautiful example of the makers work, made in a very nice Tourte model.(made ca. 1940) .
The elegant and strong stick is made from very beautiful dark-brownish pernambuco wood and is round shaped.
Very nice ebony frog with pearl eyes and a fine three part screw.(all original)
A good strong bow with a great balance and a good feel in the right hand.
The total length of the stick is around 72.6 cm and the weight of the bow is around 59,5 gr.
The bow is straight and has a good curve, no cracks or repairs.
The bow is ready to play, with used Mongolian horse hair.
Fine new winding and new dwark brown lizzard leather grip.
