A beautiful French silver mounted violin bow made by Marcel Lapierre, ca.1965 certified by J.F. Raffin in Paris.
Marcel Charles Lapierre (1907 -d.1979) has been described as a "Maker of very fine bows much sought after by soloists".

The stick wears the brand stamp of its maker, we have a beautiful frog with pearl eyes and original silver adjuster.
The superbe stick is made from the finest orange brown pernambuco wood and has good playing characteristics - and is round shaped,
The total length of the stick is around 74,7 cm and the weight of the bow is 61,5 gr.

The bow is ready to play, with new hair, leather grip and silver winding.
