with original 'Stentor' stamp on the stick, made in a very elegant Simon model.

This fine master cello bow is made in the famous and high regarded  bow makers from the J.B. Vuillaume atelier.

Very rare cello bow : only a few 'Stentor' bows are knwon.

The famous & respected Vuillaume workshop in Paris employed and trained some of the finest 19th-century violin and bow makers ! 

The beautiful cello bow is a fine master piece it has a beautiful pernambuco stick; of medium-brownred colour
The stick has a good curve, it is strong and flexible with a fine balance.
This bow plays easy and produces a big full cello sound - easy fast staccato playing.
The length of the stick is around 70 cm (4/4 size) and the weight of the bow is ca 79 gr.
It comes with new silver winding and leather grip, ready to play !
