A beautiful old violin - made by the famous French violin maker Victor Audinot-Mourot in Paris- in 1940

This violin is made of very beautiful wood - a very nice flamed two-piece back, made of, nicely figured maple, 
flamed ribs and a good carved scroll. 
This Audinot violin produces a powereful and warm tone, with plenty of personality, it is a very fine violin for orchestral work or ensemble playing. 
The violin comes with a new set of strings and a new chinrest, tailpiece. 
The violin comes with a reliable certificate (J. Rampal from Paris- included).
